Circling Tiger Kickboxing
Beginner to intermediate classes.

Combining elements of speed, strength, agility, flexibility, self-defense and fitness. Circling Tiger Kickboxing is a way to better yourself mentally, physically and gives you confidence when in a tight spot. Learn to move like a big cat, striking quickly, but with great patience. Move with ease, sweat while re-connecting to your body and as you sweat you’ll feel the adrenaline of combat. **Maximum 5 people to ensure individual attention**

Mid-day Gauntlet
Quick-moving circuit class (30 mins)

Designed to keep you moving continuously this class is about melting the mid-section bulge, in the mid-day sun. Performed indoors or outdoors depending on the weather is a lunch-time blast to help you control your mid-section. Combining elements of core strength, strength and cardio exercises makes this class short but oh so sweet.

Non-Classical Wing Chun
Self-Defense

This is a class for the everyday person interested in their own safety and security. Incorporating elements of Wing Chun Kung Fu as created by the lady “Wing Chun”, this self-defense class is both fluid, relaxed, yet powerful and aggressive. Exploring the passive nature of Yin movements and coupling them with the explosiveness of Bruce Lee and Jesse Glover’s teachings makes for a realistic, functional form of self-defense called Non-Classical Wing Chun.  MORE INFO

On-Camera Stunt Fighting for Film

Learn proper fighting technique so as to become a better stuntman/stuntwoman.  Learn to punch, fall, kick, use basic weaponry and move relative to the camera.  This is an absolute must-have if you are to succeed in the film industry as a stuntperson.  Lots of fun, is had in a hands-on atmosphere and as a finale you get a tangible, recorded final scene for your demo reel.
