Albert Einstein once said: A theory that cannot be explained to a child is probably useless.   When I designed pillars of health I had this ideology in the forefront of my mind....  

Pillars of health combines the natural elements of what your body needs on a daily basis, the rhythms in which we have done them for thousands of years and then steps back and adds the lifestyle you currently lead.   Our personal trainers/reiki practitioners biggest challenge is then to weave them all into a healthy and sustainable fabric from which to build your life. Then, unlike most rehab specialists, personal trainers or doctors, we'll explain it to you and help you understand so you can take action on your end as well!

         We use the idea that physically, human life itself is formulated out of five things; what we refer to as the "Pillars of health" which are; Nutrition (eating), Hydration (drinking), Breathing, Sleeping (rest) and Exercise (movement).   These 5 work synergistically with one-another to either build or detract from health; enabling you increased longevity, give you freedom from disease, or... the exact opposite.

This means that your physical health and your quality of life IS in your hands.... Similarly so is your mental, emotional and psychological health when you learn to control specific parts of your base understandings.

Did you know that although humanoids have been around for thousands of years their fundamental life-patterns have not changed??   We help teach you what these patterns are and how to tap into them.   We educate you on the basics of how you relate to the earth and our ecosystem and we promote an enviro-friendly program. These relationships are called Bio-rhythms; rhythmic biological functions that sustain or detract from life.

Next is the tricky part; the math.   Luckily multiplying the 'Pillars of Health', adding your newly discovered biorhythms and your lifestyle together while minusing some bad habits is what our personal trainers do best!
